Increased competitiveness demands a well designed and continuously executed approach to quality and productivity improvement with minimum wastages in the process . Our method of improvement is by setting goals. These goals are achieved by using tools like parretto diagram and Cause and effect analysis . Improvement is a part of our daily work and this approach helps us to eliminate problems at their source itself.

There are two factors which contribute to our cost i.e. external factors and internal factors . External factors include sales tax rates and are beyond our control . Internal factors include various wastages arising during manufacturing process . We are cost competitive because we have controlled all the internal factors which adversely affect our cosrc=ss

• The Company is a firm believer in continuous learning. The Executive Director of the company himself took some time off from his Company to attend a post graduation course on INSULATION TECHNOLOGY conducted by IEEMA in association with VJTI Mumbai , University institute of Chemistry Mumbai and ERDA Baroda.
• Training needs of employees are identified periodically and training is imparted to them by qualified faculty.
