| Potatoes |

3 ½ ounce |
| Green Chilli Paste |

| Ginger Paste |
1 tsp |
| Chilli Powder |
½ tsp |
| Pavbhaji |
1 tbsp. |
| Butter |
2 tbsp. |
| For Garnishing |
Coriander leaves, Lemon |

METHOD
- Cooked and mashed vegetables.( potatoes, green peas, cauliflower)
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, fry chopped onion till pinkish brown, add ginger garlic paste , green chilli paste and capsicum for 2 mins.
- Add tomato puree (made by mincing the tomatoes in mixer and cook for 2-3 minutes.)
- Add Pavbhaji Masala., Chili powder , mashed Vegetables, salt to taste, 1 ½ glass of water and cook for 5 min.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter in it. Garnish with coriander leaves, onion, lemon.
Serve with heated, buttered buns. Have a Happy time and delicious FOOD.
