Each grain then goes through a multi step cleaning process in modern cleaning machines to select only 100% clean healthy grains.

The grains are then slowly-ground in chakki to give you traditional chakki fresh atta that retains the nutritional goodness of the wheat and the true delicious, wheaty flavour.

So that the Rotis you make are soft not only when they are hot but even when they are cold. So soft that you can break then with just three fingers.
